Bill Swallow

William L. Swallow, born in 1924 to Joseph and Marie C. (Sage) and married to the late Nancy (Shea) has passed away. His siblings; Joseph,John, Bernard, Anna Marie, Bernadette, Patricia, preceded him in death. He has a son, Christopher J. Swallow (Barbara) Emily, Ian. He has a daughter, Sally A. Davis(Michael) Dalton, Julia, Cole and Shane.

Bill worked for New York Central for 16 years and retired from American States Insurance as a Claim Adjuster after 36 years. Bill was an Honorary 4th Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus Mater Dei Council 437 for 60 years. Bill will be remembered most for his beautiful, strong voice and love of music. He was an enthusiastic member of The Columbians Choral Group. We will celebrate Bill’s life Friday, October 5th, at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary from 4-7. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church Saturday, October 6th, at 11:00am.
