I spent countless nights with Billy just hanging out. I can’t think of a time that was ever dull! He was there for me through so many different obstacles in my life. We spent a majority of high school sitting by the campfire (which he loved building) and just being teenagers. He made every room light up with excitement just by his laugh. My life will never be the same without him and he will forever be missed. I love you more Billy! (I said that all the time and he always said nah) ❤️

I met him through my boyfriend Chris Noblitt. Billy was one of the sweetest kindest friends of Chris. He even made me a bracelet out of scrap metal. I will forever cherish my bracelet and our silly convos we had at the parties. Fly high Billy till we meet again buddy. You will ALWAYS BE LOVED AND NEVER FORGOTTEN.

Billy & I were inseparable growing up. One of my first best friends. We were so different yet we clicked so well. Words can’t express how much I love & will miss Billy until we are to meet again, my best friend.
