61, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 24, 2020 at Methodist Hospital. Billy Jo was born January 29, 1959 in Indianapolis, the son of the late Kenneth C. and Ruth A. Marsh. He was a machinist at CECO Environmental Corp. for 10 years. Billy Jo enjoyed hunting, fishing and hiking but he loved being with family more than anything. Billy Jo is survived by his siblings; Debbie (CJ) Ferguson, Tony (Karen) Marsh, Tina Marsh and Mike (Michelle) Marsh, niece; Briana and nephew; Luke. He is also survived by his best friends; Fred and Nancy Klepper. Due to the current restrictions in place a memorial service will be held at a later date.
