Bob Shaw

Robert Joseph “Bob” Shaw, 83, passed away January 23, 2018. He was born April 3, 1934 to the late Fred and Marybelle (Hayes) Shaw. He is also preceded in passing by his step mother, Laura Shaw; brothers, Fred, James, and Walter Shaw; and sister, Norma Pickett. Bob lived a full and happy life in the structure and care provided by his family. His favorite color was purple and he loved gospel music. Bob could name every pastor on the radio and knew what they would sing. He was especially fond of BM Page who baptized him.

He is survived by sisters, Lula Harris, Linda Reed, and Myrna Delgadillo; brother, Charles Shaw; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, neighbors, and friends who he loved and loved him in return.

Visitation will be Friday, February 2, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Family Funeral Care, 5791 Rockville Rd. Indianapolis, Indiana 46224. His Funeral Service and Celebration of Life will be held 10:00 am Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the funeral home.
