Brett M. Faulk passed away on August 8, 2021 at IU West Hospital. Brett was born on March 16, 1982 to Richard and Gloria Faulk. He married Ashley Gauger on May 31, 2014. Brett and Ashley welcomed their daughter McKenzie Faulk into the world on October 31, 2015. Brett was the youngest of 5, Amy (Glenn), Kimberly, Richard (Stephanie) and Angela. Brett was an amazing, husband, dad, son, brother and uncle to his family. Visitation will be Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 2 - 6 pm at Family Funeral Care.
