Brian was not only my Manager at OptumRx and my mentor, he was one of my true friends. We would talk about everything and he always had awesome advise for me even when I sometimes didn’t even want it. I will cherish our friendship and the memories made. I miss you my friend but I know you are in a much better place. Thank you for all your advise, wisdom and friendship thru the years. 

I was shocked and very sad to hear of Brian’s passing. I met Brian when I first took care of his mother in the hospital in KS. I could tell he was a special soul the first time I talked to him, and we would always talk for awhile  whenever his mother was admitted. Then one day Brian was my patient. I make it a point to never friend patients on FB for obvious reasons, but after getting to know Brian and finding out he was considering going back to school to be a nurse, I made an exception. I wanted to guide him through the process and help him as much as I could.  I know he never went, but I still enjoyed following him and hearing about his latest adventures or about his cats since I’m a fellow cat lover. Rest in piece dear Brian. The world lost a wonderful person when he took you.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian when he was at OptumRx. 
Brian ALWAYS had a smile on his face and always had an open door policy which allowed anyone to come and speak with him. 
Brian was always caring and understanding and truly had a heart of gold.  He will always be remembered.

Brian was an amazing boss.   His office was a safe place to voice frustration.   You could be honest with him and he would be honest in return.   I remember the first time I "got in trouble"  and was sent to his office.    I had called out a trainer for somthing that was ridiculous and border line insane in a training.   They were saying if someone didn't get their card.... call the number on the back of their card for service. "   I explained it to him and he laughed.   We soon became friends and I did alot more if it was for Brian.   We talked long after I quit optum.  I was grateful to have had him as a boss.    He will be missed.

I can't define, compare,  and describe my boss/sir Brian Schneden who's always there for me and to all of us. 

I was sadden to hear of your transition!  I will forever remember the laughs and small talk we had in the halls of OptumRx.  My prayer is that your transition was peaceful.  I will be in prayer for your family in this difficult season.

To the family of Brian Schneden, my heartfelt  prayers and condolences to you during this time.  Brian was an amazing co-worker as we worked together at OptumRx for several years.  He was a great guy and had loads of talent. He  would often help in anyway he could to lighten the load of others.  He will be missed.  

This is such shocking and sad news. I am saying prayers for comfort to his family and friends. Brian and I worked together at Sprint and had only reconnected this past December thanks to a brunch scheduled by our mutual friend Pam Koppen. Brian and I kept in touch since then via text with him helping me build my Ancestory tree and me sending him job postings for his dream next career move.  Here is a picture from a yearbook I found on Ancestory and shared with Brian. He laughed. I told him even with all the hair, I recognized him immediately, because his smile and face had not changed one bit over the years. Our last text exchange was the end of March. I had no idea it would be our last.
