Byron worked as a Crane Operator at Dotlich Crane Services for over 40 years.
Byron is survived by his son: Timothy Ray, brothers: Paul Ray, Allen (Debra) Kirkendall, sisters: Martha Johnson, Deborah (Dan) Martin, Joanne (John) Horn. Several nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
A visitation for Byron will be held Monday, February 28, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home Gothic Chapel, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46208, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM in the Gothic Chapel. Pastor Darrell Taylor will be officiating.
