Carlton Haywood Draper was born on January 21 1954 the son of Randle N. Draper and Virginia M. Elliott Draper in Indianapolis, Indiana.

He had been employed as a Printer for Wishard Hospital. He was a United States Army Veteran. He was a member of Tabernacle of Faith Church of God In Christ.

He is survived by his mother, Virginia M. Draper, Father Randle N. Draper of Indianapolis, brothers, Stephen N. Draper (Deborah) of St Louis, Missouri, Gerald S. Draper of Indianapolis, Pastor Dale Vincent Draper (Starla of Lafayette, Eric D. Draper of Las Vegas, Nevada, Stanley Vincent Draper of Indianapolis, sisters, Betty Bills (John) of St Louis, Missouri, Carol D. Fuller (Clark) of Indianapolis.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 15 2014, 11 A.M. at Refreshing Springs Church of God In Christ, Kokomo. Elder Gary Bush will be the Eulogist and Pastor A. Wendell Brown, Jr. will be the officiant. Friends may call on Saturday, March 15 2014 from 9 A.M. at the church. Burial will be in Marion National Cemetery.
