Carol Diane Smith, age 59, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Carol was born February 25, 1962 in Freeport, Illinois. Carol was a transporter for Avis. She was a member of Eagle Valley Church of Christ. She loved to make jewelry, travel, watching the sunrise and sunsets, but her greatest love was for her family and friends. Carol is survived by her children Melissa (Shaun) Booker, Matthew Smith, Christopher Smith, Athena Salisbury, sisters Marsha Jeffries, Missy Grider, brother Gary Maxwell. grandchildren Mya and Serenity Booker. She is proceeded in death by her husband Richard Smith. A memorial gathering for Carol will be Friday, November 5, 2021 from 2 - 4 pm with a Celebration of Life at 4 pm at Family Funeral Care.
