

Carolyn Curie (Peck) Davis, 87, passed away on July 2, 2021 in her home. She was born in Anderson, Indiana to William and Florence Peck. She lived with her husband between Indianapolis, IN and Naples, FL. To long-time friends and family she was fondly referred to as “Kenni”.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, William G. Davis, to whom she had been married for 41 years. Additionally, she is survived by her three stepdaughters, Leslie Davis of Milwaukee, Pamela Freese (Michael Freese) of Indianapolis, Stephanie McAdams (Thomas McAdams) of New Berlin, Wisconsin. In addition, she leaves grandchildren Isabel, Forrest, and Simon Elliott; Rachel, Mason, and Grace Freese; Thomas, William (1990-2015), and Bridget McAdams. She had 3 great grandchildren Thomas, Monica, and Joseph McAdams. She was preceded in death by her brother Don Peck and her sister Jeanne Curie Ball. Carolyn also leaves her sister’s children, nieces and nephews, Julie Ball, Janet Starkey, William Ball, and John Ball.
Carolyn graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Education and later received a Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Therapy. She worked as a Speech and Hearing Therapist in Burlingame, California as well as Warren Township in Indianapolis. When she was in her 40’s, Carolyn enrolled in Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis and received her law degree in 1979. She was a member of Law Review. Carolyn practiced law in Anderson, Indiana in the family law firm, Peck & Peck. She retired from the practice of law after a few years to devote more time to her family.
She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma and Royal Poinciana Golf Club in Naples, Florida. In the past, Carolyn served on the boards of Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Cathedral Arts - International Violin Competition, and the Naples Philharmonic League. Also together with her husband, they tutored students through the Quest Educational Foundation in Naples, Florida.
