A public visitation will be held for Ms. Carrie Ethel Dowdell-Jackson, Saturday, June 13th, 2026, from 10:00 AM. until 12:00 PM, at New Life Community Church, 1500, West 86th, Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46260, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 12:00 PM.
