63, of Greenfield, passed away on June 26, 2015. Chuck was born May 3, 1952 in Ashland, Kentucky. He was a self-employed cement contractor. He was a member of the Spring Lake Town Board and the Local 532 Union. He is survived by his beloved wife Mary Ann Bowen Wells, mother Virginia Dillon Wells, children Matt (Cheyenne) Wells, Simon (Alexis) Wells, Jennifer (David) Driesbach, Whitney Wells, brother Jeff Wells, sisters Terrie Carrico, Nancy Weaver, Julie Ribley, grandchildren Kyle, Avery, Parker and Baby Indy. He is preceded in death by his father Charles Wells. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 30 from 4 – 8 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary.
