A visitation for Charles will be held Friday, March 31, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 PM.
