Charles Curtis Gosnell

Charles Curtis Gosnell, age 68, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022. Charles was born July 9, 1953 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Charles know by most as Charlie and was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. Charles leaves behind his wife, Kimberly Gosnell; 3 sons, Curtis Glenn Gosnell, Kevin Anthony Gosnell and Jacob Paul Gosnell; and his daughter Opal Rose Gosnell.

He was known as Curt or Curtis to his brothers and sisters, Max and Denise Gosnell, Trevor and Linda Turk, Charlene Plunket, Lillian Clarke, Debbie Payne and Trudy Gill. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, William Irvin Gosnell, Velma Ilene Gosnell and Farrell Ferris Turk; and 1 brother, Paul Irvin Gosnell.

Charlie was a loyal and loving husband and father, he loved his church and family and he enjoyed working in the yard. He also enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and occasionally even across town. He was a faithful member of Crosspointe Baptist Church. He was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

Funeral services will be held at Crosspointe Baptist Church, 220 Country Club Rd., Indianapolis, Indiana 46234. Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.. Service will begin at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Dan Fitzgerald and Pastor Thomas Shepherd Officiating. Burial will follow in New Winchester Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crosspointe Baptist Church Missions Fund.
