78, of Indianapolis, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family. Chuck was born September 28, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of the late Russell, Sr. and Anna Ham. He was a truck driver with Holland Freight and had recorded 2 million miles of safe driving and a member of Teamster Local #135. Chuck was a caring soul who loved to help others. Chuck is survived by his children: Miss Ham, and Mark Ham Chucky Ham, Tammy Ham and , sisters: Christina and Samantha Ham, brother: Bob Ham, 8 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2:00 pm with visitation from 11:00 am until time of service. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
