Service for Charles will be held, 11:30 am, Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, with family receiving friends at 10:00 am until time of service at 11:30 am, all taken place at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home.
Upon the family's request disposition will be private.
