Charles Eugene Rogers

Charles Eugene "Chuck" Rogers, 42, of Indianapolis, passed away after a 7 year battle with ALS. He attended Ball State University and was a warehouse manager for a roofing company prior to his illness. Chuck was born in Indianapolis to the Late Charles L. and Connie S. (Fisher) Rogers. He was a "regular" at the Speedrome having spent a large chunk of his life at the track as a pit crew member, driver and all around supporter of racing and recently a supporter of his son Lynden racing in Junior FastKarts. Chuck loved the Colts and spending time at the lake with his sons. Chuck is survived by his wife Jennifer(Baker) Rogers; his sons, Lynden and Lincoln; his mother and step-dad, Connie and Paul Joseph; Jordyn and Maddison; his sister Atonia Fulce and her husband James; his mother and father in law, Jim and Darlene Baker; his sister in law, Deanna Baker; his best friends, David "Bub" Alexander, Bob Hostetler and Dennis Donovan; many other nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts also survive. A Celebration of Chuck's life will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Family Funeral Care, 5791 Rockville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Chuck's memory may be made to his boys educational fund: Charles Rogers Donational Fund at any First Merchants Bank.
