Without question one of the sweetest and yet strongest people I have ever had the privilege to know. There were numerous occasions in the 40 plus years of our friendship that Cindy Lou absolutely blew me away with her unflagging courage and determination. I will always remember watching her brave traffic on busy Stafford Road in Plainfield on her way to buy groceries at Marsh.  Not once did I ever hear her complain about her circumstances. Cindy Lou will remain to me one of the finest examples of running the race and fighting the good fight as called for in the scriptures.  I will miss her terribly.
