84, of Brownsburg passed away at home on August 22, 2013. Clara was born in Indianapolis to the late Dewey and Olive Lumpkin. She was a graduate of Ben Davis High School and worked in the banking industry for many years. Clara loved playing board games and spending time with family and friends.
Clara is survived by her loving daughters, Patsy (Eric) Brandgard and Debbie (Larry) Prosser. Brother, Gerald (Delinda) Lumpkin, grandson, Dane (Carie) Brandgard, four great-grandchildren, Allison, Lief, Lars and Hanne, two grand dogs who she adored, Sophie and Fozzy. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Eunice Hazel and many beloved nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents,Dewey and Olive Kinzie Lumpkin, brother, Earl Lumpkin, husband Robert Glenn Hazel and Husband, William Henry Bruce.
Clara had been a member of Grace Pointe Nazarene Church (formerly, Westbrook Nazarene) since childhood.
