Clara L. Voight

65, passed away May 11, 2016. She was born in Evansville, IN to the late Joseph and Helen Slaton.

Clara was a Registered Nurse at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. Her kind heart and loving spirit will be missed by all.

She is survived by her daughter Brenda Voight; granddaughter Hallie Voight, sisters Marie Slaton, Patricia Meuth, and Ilean (Dan) Kremer; brother Alan (Patricia) Slaton; and many nieces and nephews. Clara was preceded in death by her son James "Jimmy" Voight.

A celebration of life will be held Tuesday May 17th from 4:00-7:00 PM at Family Funeral Care 5791 Rockville Rd. Indpls., IN 46224 followed by a prayer service at 7:00 PM.

A second celebration of life will be held on Wednesday May 18th from Noon-2:00PM at Alexander Funeral Home North Chapel 4200 Stringtown Rd. Evansville, IN 47711 followed by a service at 2:00 PM Burial will follow at St. Wendel Cemetery, Evansville.

The Voight family would like to extend a special thank you to Brownsburg Health Care and Heart to Heart Hospice and both of their staffs for the compassionate and loving care given to Clara.
