His daughter, Carolyn Norris, father, Frank Bell, mother, Anna Mae Branham- Brown preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, son, Clarence Bell Jr (Rita), daughters, Bernette Williams, Dorothy Chandler, 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, host of other relatives and friends.
His visitation will take place on Tuesday, September, 8, 2015, 10am-12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 12pm at Community Lifeline Community Church. His burial will take place in Crown Hill Cemetery.
