

Clarence E. Webb III, 51, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on July 9, 2026. He was born on December 8, 1974, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Clarence was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Alta Owens; his stepfather, Clarence Owens; stepmother, Cynthia Mallory; his brother, Cardell Hoston Jr.; and his grandparents, Clarence Webb Sr., Mattie Webb, Raul Garcia, and Louisa Fonseca.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, Clarence Webb Jr.; his stepmother, Yolanda Webb; his sisters, Tamarah Sears, Cleo Sears, and Katrevia Sears; his stepbrothers, Dominic Jefferson, Darius Churchwell, and DeSean Hampton; and his four beloved sons, Clarence E. Webb IV, Ajion C. Fonville, Dimitri C. Webb, and Cardell C. Webb, who were the greatest joy of his life. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends who will miss him dearly.
Clarence attended college to study to become an electrician and later attended college for a Barber degree. He found his passion in connecting with people through his work behind the chair. While at the same time working at the United States Postal Service. He landed his feet at Kuttin Up Barber Studio, where "Shorty" built lasting friendships and earned the respect of both coworkers and clients.
Outside of work, Clarence enjoyed basketball and boxing. Though small in stature, he had a personality that was larger than life. His infectious smile could light up any room, and his kind heart, joyful spirit, and willingness to help others made a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Above all else, Clarence loved his family. He cherished his sons, treasured his friendships, and considered his barber family an extension of his own. His loyalty, generosity, laughter, and love will forever remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Though his time with us was far too short, Clarence's legacy lives on through the lives he touched, the love he shared, and the memories that will be cherished forever. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.”
A public visitation will be held for Clarence Edward Webb III, Friday, July 24th, 2026, 10:00 AM. until 12:00 PM, at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home, 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46218, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 12:00 PM
