Corey Michael Blythe, age 41, of INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana passed away on Saturday September 22, 2018. Corey was born March 31, 1977 in Indianapolis, IN to Peggy Sue Blythe and Roger Dale Blythe. Corey was married to Ginny on November 20th, 2015.
Corey's life was filled with love, jokes, and laughter. Corey was always the happy prankster always willing to fill those with joy and make people smile. Corey was known for his big heart as he was always willing to help others above himself. Corey loved his family above all else making sure to bring help, a smile, and a laugh at anytime. Corey loved cars and motorcycles, including Harley Davidson and Mustangs, and would spend countless hours making sure they were spotless. When spending time with his family Corey would enjoy a game of corn hole or horse shoes at the large family functions he would attend and all his family knew that fruit salad and deviled eggs were always his favorites.
Mary S. Edgar once said "I will follow the upward road today; I will keep my face to the light. I will think high thoughts as I go my way; I will do what I know is right. I will look for the flowers by the side of the road; I will laugh and love and be strong. I will try to lighten another’s load this day as I fare along."
Corey was the light, the love, and a wayfarer in life who truly traveled it well and to that all his friends and family will miss him dearly.
Corey is survived by his wife, Ginny Blythe; daughter Alexis Blythe; son Kason Simpson; daughter Kendra Johnson; daughter Morgan Radcliff; and daughter Autumn Radcliff; father Roger Dale Blythe and mother Peggy Sue Blythe; sister Courtney Blythe.
A visitation for Corey will be held Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E Stop Eleven Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46237. A visitation will occur Friday, September 28, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 4901 E Stop Eleven Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46237. A funeral service will occur Friday, September 28, 2018 at 1:00 PM, 4901 E Stop Eleven Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46237. A burial will occur at Washington Park East Cemetery, 10612 E Washington St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46229-2612.
