Dallas Ray Burchett, 90, of Indianapolis passed away November 23, 2024 at IU Health West Hospital. He was born in Steubenville, Kentucky the son of the late Ray and Lulu (Coomer) Burchett. He was a United States Marine Corp. Veteran and retired from Thompson Consumer Electronics in Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Donald and George Burchett and a sister, Hazel Burchett
He is survived by his wife, Imogene (Johnson) Burchett; his children, Darrell Burchett (Vickie), Carlos Burchett, Phillip Burchett (Sara), Terry VanBibber (Ron) and Hazel Burchett; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 2, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at Family Funeral Care, 5791 Rockville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46224. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until the service time. Burial will be in the Marion National Cemetery in Marion, Indiana with the United States Marine Corp. rendering Military Honors.
