David Simmie Gibbs Jr., 25, was reunited with his Mother in heaven on Tuesday, January 22, 2019. He was born in Flint, Michigan to David Simmie Gibbs Sr. and Carol Ann Brown. David attended North Central High School and played on the freshman football team. David lived a fulfilling life as a loving father, son, brother and uncle. He had a great sense of humor and took pleasure in making people laugh. David was a dedicated worker for Gutter Worx. David is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Ann Brown. David is survived by his father, David S. Gibbs Sr.; son, Mason B Gibbs; brother, Anthony K. Brown Jr.; brother, James T. Brown; sister, Ashley B. Gibbs; sister, Anngela Brown; grandparents, Velma Townsend and Edward Townsend, host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
