Soo sorry for your loss and heartache. I have good memories of Dave. I first met Dave in Middle School when we sat next to each other in Mr. Lattimore's science class and he made me laugh alot. We goofed off and joked about Mr. Lattimore when he fell asleep during class, alot. I have good memories of him as one of the nicest guys you could meet. An optimistic, happy go lucky, give you the shirt off his back, helps and takes care of sick friends kinda guy. A true lionheart. We had many good times with friends in high school and afterwards. He came to celebrate my wedding. He would come up to Ball State with James and Buddy to visit me and I'd sneek them into my dormroom. We move to Florida and the last time I saw him in person was when we visited back in 1996 when I was pregnant before we moved to Sicily. I reconnected with him through Facebook and had been thinking about going to Indy to visit old friends. I'm sorry he's gone and send my heartfelt thoughts and prayers.

It was December of 2000, it was cold freezing cold. It was you, me, mom, Danny and Tim. We all rode in your Tahoe there I looked out the window the whole time. We got out and gathered behind the truck. We started walking into what was one of the most important moments of my life! You made a joke to all of us to ease the moment “Tim you got a gun and I got a flash light” we all laughed. Tim, mom and Danny all walked ahead of us. You put your arm around me because I was hesitant. I just as scared, hurt, broken and terrified. You pulled me close to your chest and said “Tiffany I know your scared and I know it hurts but if anyone can do this you can do this!” “You are strongest girl I know and you gotta be strong for your mom she and Danny they need you!” So you can cry, Scream and it’s okay to hurt. “If its to much we will leave. I’m here to protect you! Tiffany I will always protect you from anything coming your way” You go in here you be strong girl you have always been and you give it your all” and I did. We walked through those doors. I slowly walked up to fathers casket I looked for you behind me I cried hard. We left awhile after that. You took us to the movies to The Grinch. It was so funny and just what I needed to feel better.

So now I have to be strong for you and my grandmother and protect her down here! You protect her from up there and watch over all of us. Watch over Westin you know he’s gonna be NBA star! Natalie, and Rylie.

The last thing You said to me was that you loved me and I yelled it back when I was going out those doors I Love you BIG WAVE DAVE ! Rest easy and make the pretty angels laugh

I would like to thank him for helping me be a better wrestler in school he would drive me , Tom Smith , and Chris Sanders and Sometimes Brian Walker to out of season wresting meets we always had a great time. After school or practice we would go to his house and we would always make a sandwich but when he saw mine he would say why does your sandwich always look better than mine so I would give him mine . He would do anything for you and just listen that is a great person you will be missed but never forgotten! Rest In Peace..

I first met Dave when he was dating my cousin Lori. Several years later when I met my future husband-Joe, and he met Dave they realized they had played sports together in middle school- it brought them back to a lot of fun memories and stories they could tell. The chapel wood days!
I lost touch with Dave over the years, but never lost the memories of him. He was a genuine guy and made a lot of people laugh. This is such a heartbreaking end to a man who wanted to make people smile. Rest In Peace my friend.

What I remember, and will miss the most about Dave, is his smile and his infectious personality. We we went to Southport High together and had just recently reconnected. I'm completely shocked and totally devastated by his departure from life, because I know he was trying to make positive changes. Dave was a light that was extinguished much too soon, but God makes no mistakes. I pray for his family and friends, like myself, that I know will miss him so. Rest easy Dave, I'll see you on the other side.

Pedigo was a “stand up” kind of guy I knew in high school. I remember sharing good times and always having laughs together. His passing comes too soon.
