David Preston Phelps, age 75, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023. David was born October 2, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of Harold and Elizabeth "Tommie" Phelps. David was a US Army Vietnam Veteran serving in Vietnam from 1968 to 1969. Hw was preceded in death by his parents.
David is survived by many cousins, friends and his ex-wife Sharon Phelps.
There will be military rites conducted at Crown Hill National Cemetery at a later date.
