57, of Martinsville, IN, passed away on April 24, 2019. Dawn was born February 28, 1962 in Indianapolis, IN the daughter of Robert E. Harper and Cynthia Nichoalds. Dawn is survived by her children; Dale Vessey and Jessica DeWeese, mother; Cynthia Nichoalds, brother; Mark Harper and 2 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father; Robert Edward Harper and a brother; Vernon Dale Harper. Funeral services Tuesday, April 30, 2:30 pm at Family Funeral Care with visitation from 1:00 pm until time of service. Entombment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
