Ms. Deborah L. Foster, 59, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on August 16, 2017. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Smith and Beatrice Foster; siblings: Willie Thunderbird, John "Tony" Smith, Bertha Richardson, Brenda Graves, Linda G. Banks and Jennie Louise Watkins.She leaves to cherish her memory, children: Shonna Love, Kismet Love and Tangala Love; siblings:Jeffery Smith, Joseph Smith, Telana Smith and Tracey Smith; 7 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Thursday, August 24, 2017, 10am - 11am, with the service at 11am in Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel. The interment will immediately follow in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
