81, of Indianapolis, IN departed this earth on February 20, 2019. Delois was born on January 27, 1938 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas the daughter of the late James C. and Johnnie B. Davis. She was the Director of Child Services with the Air Force for many years. Delois is survived by her children: Patricia Collins and Mark Ellis, 6 sisters, 2 brothers, 4 grandchildren; Jasmine, Shobian, Chautaqua and Steven and many great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter; Denise Collins. Services for Delois will be held at a later date.
