I will always remember Don - and Jan - working tirelessly for the unborn and the underprivileged. As someone else already said, he was living as Christ wants us to live. He was also a great neighbor and a lot of fun. His faith was in evidence last week when a mutual neighbor saw him at church and Don said, "I'm on my way to heaven!" My sincerest condolences, Jan - I know you'll miss him!

Jan, Kevin, Karen, and Mike:
It was with great sadness that I received the word that Don had died. I know his love for each of you was boundless. My most recent memories of Don will be of his absolute devotion to all of his volunteer tasks. I have always held him in high esteem when I realized all that he has done for others and that he has sought no recognition for his deeds. This is truly how Christ asked us to live. I pray that all of you and your loved ones will cherish his memory and that your love of each other helps to sustain you as you deal with this moment in your lives. Maribeth

Don's nieces, Kelly and Terri, and I have many wonderful memories of their uncle Don, but the memory that is one of the brightest is of Don dancing with Terri at her 50th birthday party last year. It was a special day, made more so by the presence of their Uncle Don and Aunt Jan.
We love and miss him.
