Don served is county in the United State Air Force during Vietnam. He was a member of the American Legion Post 34 and life time member of the V.F.W. His hobbies included golf, bikes, planes and getting people to laugh.
He is survived by his mother Virginia Garrod, 3 children Brenda Hilscher, David Garrod and Julie Garrod, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
