Kevin: Please accept our sincere condolence at the loss of your mother, Donna. We are unable to attend Donna’s calling today due to prior commitments. We remember Donna as a very gracious person who was always happy to see us. Even though we didn’t see your mom very often, but when we did she would greet us with a big smile and a big hug. She never knew a stranger and enjoyed any conversation we would have with her. We appreciate her being a long time friend and we will keep you and your family in our thoughts at this time. Thank You !

Donna is a very special lady. I worked with her for almost 25 yrs at Storer Schmidt and Assoc/The care group cardiology.
Donna was always a mother figure to all of us who worked there. We laughed a lot and had lots of long chats.
Donna was always there for you and willing to go above and beyond for everyone.
Her heart was for those less fortunate and was willing to give all she could.
Because of all of these thing I will remember Donna and cherish her friendship always.

I’m so sorry to hear of Donna’s passing. She hired me to work as a nurse at Storer, Schmidt, & Assoc. back in the late ‘80’s and we exchanged Christmas cards every year after I moved away. I have such fond memories of Donna’s wonderful Chicago accent, caring grandmotherly way of dealing with patients, and her wonderful laugh. She inspired me to be a better nurse.
My deepest sympathy to her family.

Donna was a sweet and kind woman. I looked forward to her visits to New England, were we could connect and have many laughs. I looked forward to her beautiful and spiritual Christmas cards each year, letting me know she was coming for a visit and hoped that we might get a chance to connect during her visits. She will be missed. I was blessed to have known her. RIP Love Gisele Bourgeois

I worked at Winona Hospital in the late '70s and' 80s in the Cardio-Pulmonary Dept. I had the pleasure of working with Donna and getting to know Chuck, as well. I still quote some of Donna's wisdom she gave me with regard to raising my children. We even were on a bowling team and had such fun! While I have been gone from the area for many years and have not seen Donna, we share mutual friends who have always kept me updated on everyone. I am truly saddened that her family and the world has lost such a sweet smile and wonderful woman. ❤️

Donna was a wonderful parish nurse and friend who was so attentive to my husband in his battle with cancer. Her husband 'Chuck sponsored my husband in the Ancient Order of Hibernians. Such a gentle woman and so kind. I will miss her.
