Doris Elaine Carr

Doris Elaine Carr was born on June 11,1934 in Gary, Indiana to Lonnie Hayes Sr and Ethel Jackson. She was a devoted member of New Light Missionary Baptist Church for more than forty years. Doris was very passionate about the work she did in the church. She was the president of the Nursing Board.Doris was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She leaves to cherish her memory sons; Walter Wright and Patrick Carr; daughters; Phyllis Carr, Jessica Coe & Kia Burt; brother, Lonnie Hayes Jr.; sister, Shirley Day; 17 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildrenand a host of other family and friends
