She was born April 21, 1938 and graduated from Manual High School in 1956.Dorothy was employed in the optometry field where she was an optician working with Drs. Lashmet,Spitzberg,Denny and Abrams. She had a loyal following of clients over the years. She took great pride in the care of her patients, making sure that each patients needs were meant individually. Dorothy was a talented seamstress and had an eye for art and also had quite the collection of porcelain birds. She is survived by her husband Kim England, four children; Angela Kappus, Wanda Davidson, Anthony Glass (Louann) and Randolph Glass. Her sister, Lucille O’Neal, and brother, James Ipock , 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Stokes Ipock her mother, Lillie Ipock and brother Tom Ipock.
