Duane Nicholas, 79 passed away August 12, 2023. He was the Son of Wade and Thelma Nicholas, brother to Janice Gohmann, Suzanne Meek, Kevin Nicholas, and Rebecca Reid. He graduated from George Washington HS in 1962. After graduation he joined the US Navy and served on the USS LaSalle.
He met and married Grace Lopresti and they began life together in Brooklyn, NY. until the death of his wife. He then retired in Indianapolis.
Duane (Danny) is survived by his son Danny Nicholas (Andrea), and daughter Deborah Lawler (Kevin) and three grandchildren, Hallie, Alexa and Ashlin.
He will rest in peace at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmington. NY.
