Eileen Hurrle

Katherine Eileen (Salladay) Hurrle, 95, of Carmel, passed away January 10, 2018. She was born June 19, 1922 in Brazil, Indiana to the late William and Sarah Salladay. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Otto Hurrle, Sr.; daughter, Eileen Hurrle; siblings, James Salladay, William Salladay, Mary Webb, Romaine Thompson, and Margaret Schaub; daughter-in-law, Lynn Hurrle; and sons-in-law, Bill Correll and Rick Kingsley. Eileen was a longtime member of St. Louis de Montfort parish and a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She is survived by her children, Daniel Hurrle, Kathleen Correll, Donald (Kathy) Hurrle, Patrick (Patty) Hurrle, Otto Hurrle, Jr., Andrew “Andy” (Mary Sue) Hurrle, Julianne Kingsley, and Marie Theresa (Denny) Davis; 24 grandchildren; and 29 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9:00 am to 11:00 am Saturday, January 27, at St. Louis de Montfort, 11441 Hague Rd., Fishers, Indiana 46038. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Saturday at the church with interment to follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis, Indiana.
