71, of Indianapolis, passed away March 9, 2017. She was born September 10, 1945 in Mars Hill, Indiana to Robert and Mary Dean McGregor. She worked for Taco Bell. Ellen is survived by her husband of 52 years Hershel Watts, daughters, Gina (Dean) Miller, Kimberly (Jason) Morgan and Latrisha (Robbie) Poynter, sister Sue (Jerry) Yeager, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
