Elnora was born on October 18, 1950, in West Memphis, Arkansas to Lucille Streets and Earnest McNeal.
Elnora confessed her faith in Christ at an early age.
Elnora attended Indianapolis Public School and graduated from Crispus Attucks High School.
Elnora worked at St. Vincent Hospital for 32 years as a clinical sterile technician, where she later retired in December 2012.
Elnora enjoyed shopping, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones.
Elnora leaves to cherish her memories to her daughter: Ebonye Cadogan (Michael Cadogan) three grandchildren: Donovan, Alexander and Mya. One sister Melvina Cater (George Carter), Nephew Jarvis (Darlene McNeal). Special cousin, Marie Hawkins and an host of cousins, family and friends
