Elva is survived by; daughter Donna F Ayers; grandson Jedidiah (April) Ayers.
Elva was preceded in death by her husband Willie Pennycuff; son-in-law Lewis Ayers and son Steven Pennycuff; father Charles L Ramsey and mother Etta Bell Ramsey; brother Kenneth Lee Ramsey; brother Glenn C Ramsey; brother Ralph Ramsey; brother Paul Ramsey; brother Charles Ramsey; brother James Ramsey and sister Ruby Ramsey.
A celebration of life for Elva will be held Monday, January 22, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Little & Sons Stop 11, 4901 E Stop 11 Rd, Indianapolis, IN. A burial of ashes will occur at Acton Cemetery, Acton, Indiana.
