Service for Little Miss Emirah Marie-Lynn Rowe will be held Saturday, 1:00 pm, October 8, 2022, at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation held from 11:00 am until time of service held at 1:00 pm.
