Emmett Steven Lincks, age 75, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021. Emmett was born November 20, 1945 in Indianapolis to Tom and Violet Tharp Lincks. He served in the U.S. Army. He had retired from the Teamsters and the Marion County Superior Court. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Emmett is survived by his wife Paula Hubbard Lincks, children Georgia (Kenny) Mead, Charles Anthony "Tony" (Betty Jo) Clark, grandchildren Travis Clark, Autumn (Ryan) Dean, Taylor Clark, Macy Mead and Parker Mead and great granddaughter Ella Rose Kamenski, siblings, Patricia McFarland, Tommy Lincks Jr, William Lincks Sr., Katherine Ratliff, Carolyn Lincks, Mary Lou Cockrum, Kenneth Lincks, several nieces and nephews and his beloved fur baby Collie. He is proceeded in death by his parents and brother David Lincks.
A Memorial Gathering will be Friday, November 12, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9 - 11 am, then a time of reflection from 11 - 11:15 am, Military Honors at 11:15 am, followed by a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 11: 30 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Seeds of Hope, 1425 S. Mickley Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241.
