Epifania is survived by her husband Eugene Carter; her mother Escolastica Melquiades; siblings Editha M. Doringo, Agnes M. Movida, Sarah M. Ducat, Armando T. Melquiades, Edurado T. Melquiades and Andres T. Melquiades. She was preceded in death by her step-father, Andres T. Melquiades; siblings, Marisa M Nolasco, Virginia M. Melquiades and Rhodora T. Melquiades.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM followed by a Celebration of her life at 6:00 PM at Family Funeral Care, 5791 Rockville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46224.
