79, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 9, 2015. She was born April 28, 1936 to Everett and Eva Phipps in Carbon, Indiana. She is survived by her husband Richard Fowler, sons David Phipps, Richard (Martha) Fowler, George (Anna) Fowler, grandchildren Elisha, Elyssa, Esther,and Elynna. She is preceded in death by her brother Billy Phipps. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Anderson Cemetery in Indianapolis at 1:00 p.m.
