Eva was born in Chrystal Springs, MS to Curtis & Mary Owens on May 30th, 1953. She went to school at Crispus Attucks High School in Indianapolis, IN. She then married Jodie F. Palmer and worked as a Team Leader for Quaker Oats for 34 years.
Eva is preceded in death by her parents, Curtis & Mary Owens.
Eva is survived by her husband Jodie F Palmer, as well as Carl E Rainey Jr, Jodie Eva Palmer, Rozenia Williams, Evon Owens, Carl E Rainey III, and a host of nieces and nephews
Visitation will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home, Remembrance Hall, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN 46208, US, on April 16, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home, Remembrance Hall, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN 46208, US, on April 16, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:20 pm.
