Evelyn Diane Cooper 65, of Indianapolis died October 23, 2008. Evelyn was born in Bowling Green , Kentucky on August 5, 1943, the daughter of the late William F. and Ruby F. (Martin) McMurray. She was a retired Respiratory Therapist from St. Vincent Children's Rehabilitation Hospital and a member of Eastern Star MBC. Evelyn is survived by a daughter, CaSandra D. Hooks and two sons Curtis L. Burns and Thomas L. Cooper along with nine grandchildren. Funeral Services will be at Crown Hill Funeral Home, Indianapolis, IN, at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 28, 2008, where friends may call from 3:00 -5:00 pm.
