Passed away on September 19, 2013 at St Joseph Hospital.

Dessie B. Hart was born on November 9, 1963 the daughter of Joseph and Mae E. Owens Williams in Kokomo, Indiana. She was the First Lady of Victory Family Worship Center Church. She graduated from Kokomo High School and attended Ivy Technical College. She was a licensed cosmetologist and beautician.

She was preceded in death by her father Joseph Williams.

She is survived by her husband, Pastor David S. Hart, mother, Mae F. Williams, daughters, Kiara C. Hart, Kayla L. Hart, step sons, Terry Hart (Angela), Michael David Hart both of Indianapolis and Stanley D. Hart, brothers, George T. Johnson, Amos Johnson (Tanya) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Donald Owens and one granddaughter, Kiayla Jackson.

Services will be held on Saturday, September 28,2 013, 12 Noon at Grace Memorial Institutional C.O.G.I.C, 1417 n Delphos, Kokomo. Bishop Charles Woodard will be the officiant and eulogist. Friends may call on Saturday from 10 A.M. at the church. Burial will be in Crown Point Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Bluitt & Son Funeral Home.
