79, passed peacefully July 7, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. Floyd was born August 3, 1939 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of the late Francis and Dorothy Stark. He is survived by his companion, Kathy Kinley, his two daughters, Tammy (Roger) Stitt and Jennifer (Adam) Leeds, grandchildren Ryan (Elle) Stitt, Anna Stitt, Amanda and Sam Leeds and great-granddaughter, CeCe Stitt, as well as his sister, Evelyn Mead. He was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Stark. A memorial gathering for Floyd will be held July 13, from 2-4 pm with Military Honors at 4:00 in Family Funeral Care, 5791 Rockville Road Indianapolis, IN.
