Frances was born in Robbinsville, NC to Alfred and Zora Owens Anderson on September 18, 1926. She married Zane G. Todd on January 6, 1984 in Fortville, IN. She worked at Camp Atterbury before moving to Indianapolis, then worked as a secretary at IPL for 36 years. She was also a member of North Vernon, IN Chapter #183 Order of Eastern Star for 76 years.
Frances is preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, Kenneth Anderson and Robert J. Anderson.
Frances is survived by three nieces and one nephew: Donna Anderson, Carmel, IN, Charlene Anderson, Butlerville, In, Lee Ann Anderson, Boiling Springs, SC, and John Anderson, Asheville, NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you donate to your favorite Animal Rescue or Order of Eastern Star Chapter #183 c/o Lisa Wagoner, 409 S Jennings ST, North Vernon, IN 47265 in her name.
