Franklin C. Minton III, 47 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on November 18, 2018. Franklin was a loyal and dedicated cook for North Capitol Nursing and Rehab. He is preceded in death by his Father, Franklin C. Minton Sr. Franklin is survived by his mother, Marye L. Dixon; son,Franklin C. Minton; brothers, Cedric Minton(Tabitha) and Franklin C. Minton II; sisters, Gail Vinson(Kevin) and Ingrid Madison(Phillip) and a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives.
